Another FOTD!

Today's make up was a bit of a girly look, I opted for pinks instead of peaches, as the weather in London has turned gray after a few days of sun shine. I used the 'Sun & Moon' blush from Mac's 'Too Fabulous' collection and teamed it with Revlon's 'Pink Pop' lipgloss.

The 'Sun & Moon' blush is actually really wearable, you may think that it's too shimmery and would look unnatural, but actually it looks really pretty and subtle.

  • FACE: Laura Mercier oil free TM mixed with Bourjois 10hr Sleep effect foundation. YSL touche eclat under the eyes.
CHEEKS: Mac 'Sun & Moon' mineralized blush, Mac matte bronzer to contour and Benefit 'High Beam' to highlight.
  • LIPS: Revlon super lustrous lipgloss in 'Pink Pop', Rosey pink lipliner & Revlon 'Nude Attitude' lipstick dabbed onto the centre of my lips on top of the lipgloss to add dimension.
  • EYES: Mac 'All that Glitters' e/s all over lid, Mac 'Cork' in the crease. Eyeko Graffiti pen to line upper lashline, Urban Decay 24/7 pencil in 'Lucky' on waterline, YSL Faux Cils mascara & Benefit 'Eyebright' to highlight.

I think 'Sun & Moon' would look AMAZING with a warm smokey eye and very nude lips because of the coral and pink tones in it. I actually can't wait to do that look, I can visualise it so clearly! :) Will post pics when I do!

Peanut says 'HI' and that he wufs you all! :)

What shade of make up did you wear today?

Very pretty! Thank you for the advice on Sun & Moon, it looks gorgeous on! Not too pinky, peachy, or coral- perfect mix. I will def. have to try to swap for it or pick it up! Pink lips look lovely on you! I am wearing (work day) Illamasqua blush in Spite to contour, MAC Peaches blush, and MAC CCB in Pearl for highlight. Mineral foundation in Warm for the face, no concealer, CCB in Pearl for under brow bone, inner corners, and Brownscript for contouring eyes. Lips just have tinted chapstick by a lady I buy from in "Mint to Be", nudey cappucino color.

Muhsine said...

@Claire lol, dont be silly, I wish :) The earrings were like £3, bargain but it was from a little stall so doubt you'll be able to find them anywhere. :/

@Sara thanks, no problem :) I should get a CCB in pearl, I have never owned one! Your makeup sounds lovely! X

Ooo love the lip color! Lovely pinky nude.

I've been looking for something a bit coral-y, but they usually seem too orange. What did you use in your "Me!" picture? That's pretty much the shade I've been looking for.

Did the usual face and lip today, but did a semi-smokey purple eye :)
